C.O.R.E Coaching For John, family has always come first. His wife of 22 years Sandra, along with his three children Alex (20), Janelle (18) and Shelby (14), keep his life joyous, adventurous, and love filled. He is a long time skier/snowboarder, windsurfer and golfer. John holds a firm belief that we, as individuals and real estate salespeople, are truly unlimited! He encourages and leads through example. He knows that success and achievement are by-products of hard work, great relationships and powerful thought management. John's journey in Real Estate started in 1984 as a salesperson with Royal Lepage. After a brief stint at management he distinguished himself as a Top 100 International Agent with Re/Max in Toronto, earning the Lifetime Achievement award. John retired from real estate sales in 1999 and became one of the first four agent coaches at the Mike Ferry Organization. John has personally hosted over 20,000 coaching calls and worked with many of the top international mega agents from most major real estate companies. John's personal success combined with his vast experience and wide exposure to the best agents in the world give him a very unique and powerful perspective. John is committed to having all his clients and associates truly see what is possible for them. Simply put, John has an ability in his communication to have people believe in themselves. John's latest accomplishment and focus is the role of Regional Director for Keller Williams Realty in Canada. He brings exceptional leadership skills and a disciplined, coaching-based approach to the role. His 20+ years of succeeding in various aspects of the Real Estate industry uniquely qualify him for the opportunity of building this organization on a national level. John is an energetic leader. His outlook is optimistic and his goals and expectations are high. His vast experience and affable nature combine to help align him as an enthusiastic advocate of the models and systems at Keller Williams Realty.
