Alignment

Alignment- the access to being who you are everywhere you are

 

Where ever we resist is where the growth lies…

 

Alignment is having no resistance. Having no resistance is the step to having congruency. This is when you are who you are, where ever you are and whomever you are with.  The greatest value we can give to our clients is us being ourselves.  We have heard this from the beginning of time.  It is now time we begin to embrace the truth of who we are and remember our greatness.  It is only as we restore each other as each a piece of the grand puzzle we fulfill all our purpose. Here are some steps in becoming your greatest piece.

 

1) When everything is in the flow, simple and easy, you are in alignment. Results will seem effortless. There will be a feeling of ease and pure joy. You will feel gifted and it is this state you are only to feel.  It knows the feeling of joy and ease is a natural state. It knows you are on a roll. It is you witnessing you are one that walk the walk.

 

2) Alignment, like success, is not an event, it’s a process. You know and are all successful. Are you ready to be 100% successful, living up to all your potential? You are only tapping into 5-10% of your ability and are still by great standards do famously.  Are you ready to tap into all of your resources?

 

3) To be successful and fulfilled in Real Estate and in life you must follow a system to stay in alignment.

 

You are the system. It is how you execute your day that dictates your success. It is you that is our focus. You require skill, energy, flexibility, and strength throughout your day.  As you become aware of being in alignment you’ll feel ease and joy. In contrast being out of alignment you are left feeling frustrated and stressed.

 

The system for alignment is found in these seven sequential steps.….

 

1 Foundation Personal Values….  I have

2. Beliefs/Creation……  I feel

3. Goals/Actions……  I can

4. Commitments/Miracles….I love

5. Communication/Completion …    I speak

6. Reflection/Observation…    I see

7. Ascension/Wisdom…  I know

 

4. Once you follow the steps and understand the process you will begin to manifest with purpose.

 

 

5. If you feel you are out of alignment in any one particular step, you have to check in with the previous step to see if you are lined up or where your focus is or is not.

 

Step #1…Personal Values…

 

To create a powerful alignment you must establish a firm foundation.  It starts with your personal values.  A list of values could include prestige, success, love, happiness, honesty, integrity, security, freedom, health, family, friends, adventure, acceptance, passion, contribution, creativity, fun, achievement, congruency, consistency, humility, prosperity, consistency.

 

Write down your top four in order….

1. I have….

2. I have….

3. I have…

4. I have….

 

Nothing is created in the past or future.  You foundation must always anchored to each moment. Train yourself to speak in a language that supports you. Think about what works for

 

Step #2…Beliefs…

 

Your current beliefs and the person you are today is really a result of all of your previous thoughts. Be comfortable knowing who you are today is perfect. We actually must make a conscious effort to provide the mind with new thoughts whether they are “real” or not. The subconscious mind cannot tell the difference. For fun let’s look a limiting belief.  Write your two most powerful limiting beliefs and know they are now your two most important goals. Put them in the “I feel and know I am” format. This previous resistance is a place that stopped you. Now it is a positive affirmation has just restored a flow of vitality in you.  Each time you say the affirmation you remember its truth and let it fill you with passion for new desires and goals. List the positive beliefs about yourself that have gotten you here now. Make a list of 10 affirmations, 5 limiting beliefs turned around and 5 current beliefs that have powerfully brought you your current success.

 

We hear that seeing is” believing”. We know it is “believing” is seeing. When we see it first  we create from it what we believe to be true. Everything that is started from seeing something first in the  mind.

 

 

Step #3… Goals… 

 

You will be able to set more powerful goals when you align them with your Beliefs and Values.   The real reason you set a goal is to experience and feel one of your values and to validate a belief.   You will never be satisfied or feel fulfilled by setting goals that are not in your alignment. Check your motivation by referencing your values.  Set goals in the different areas of your life and remember that obtaining balance with your goals and your life can be elusive. It is really more like a counter balancing act. Setting goals in the other areas of your life has you stand not just on one leg. Find a Sheet of paper… and set some goals!!! The powerful way to strengthen and make clearer your goals is to put them if an affirmation beginning with “I can”

 

Write them beginning with I can…….

 

 

Step #4…Commitments… 

 

You have to line up your commitments based on your beliefs, goals and values. These will be your strategies for success. List all the activities you have faith in as part of your strategy for success.  As you simply do these things you affirm your belief in your self. You will begin the cycle of actually doing what you say and know to do.  You will experience a sense of pride and joy instead of the paralysing fear or guilt.  It is always less painful to simply do what we know than it is to experience the guilt of not doing it. Commitments are simply all of the activities or standards that you are committed to taking action on. They can be inside real estate or outside of real estate. Activities must be put into a schedule.

Activities range from reading to prospecting to presentations to going to the gym. Standards are simply check listed. Standards are commitments that you will not drop below and cannot be scheduled. Such as listing appointment % or getting your % of getting buyer contracts signed.  Most of us choose commitments that we are not committed to. Mostly because we are out of alignment and we don’t even know it.

 

Our habits are so ingrained and powerful that it takes a strong accountability structure to ensure the fulfilment of your commitments. We need each other first to declare what we want and why, and to be there for each other to make sure we fulfill what we said we would do.

Find a friend or two or get a coach.

 

Keep your commitments with affirmations beginning with “I love” Examples “I love exercising each day to keep my body strong, lean and full of energy” “ I love calling past clients to offer assists and service for their highest good” “ I love writing contracts and do it each day” “I love completing my schedule and fulfilling on the actions of my day” I love the lessons each day brings and love the growth  I experience each day” “ I love staying present in each moment because it brings energy to me”

 

Step #5… Words…

 

In this stage you start to create the structure in your environment that will hold your commitments in place. 

 

You created it, now speak about your goals, your commitments, your beliefs and your values. Anything else wasted energy? Anything else that comes out of your mouth is you out of alignment.  Words have a vibration.  Examples of low vibrating words are miserable, hopeless, regret, hate, tragic, blame, and indifference. Very high vibrating words include, bliss, illumination, forgiveness, trust, intension, acceptance, complete, meaningful, perfect, and understanding.

 

When you are out of alignment with your words it will propagate thoughts of doubt and fear.. Broad cast possibility, solutions, gratitude, thanks and ways of service to stay in alignment.  The positive forces from speaking from this place annihilate any form of negativity.  Fear based statements have a very weak frequency, so be easy if you catch yourself.  You have the power to restore yourself with simple acceptance and a forwarding statement. Practice speaking possibility, solutions, service, gratitude, and wisdom.

 

Monitor your speaking using affirmation beginning with “ I speak” Examples would be “I speak from my highest self to others highest self” “I speak in words that have the highest frequency” “ I speak words that energize and create” “ I speak and understand my clients highest needs” “ I speak with  meaning and intention of my core values.”

 

Step #6… Thoughts…

 

Based on your commitments, you must now make sure your ongoing thoughts are in alignment as well. From this point on it is all about thought management.  Attitude is simply yow you view things. By consciously being the observer you can choose to see everything as how it supports you. Search for the solutions. Use efficiency as a measuring tool of your attitude. How much energy do you maintain in your day, what activities drain you? How is your physical body? Respond from you foundation instead of reacting to old patterns of thought. Stop and see yourself as that person that has everything you want right now, now what are you going to do?  Everything manifests first in the brain through powerful, clear visual displays. How clear are your displays or are they clouded with doubt or fear? Nothing has ever been that has not been seen in the mind first.

The affirmation to strengthen your thoughts begins with “I see” See what you want in your day. Observe your day from the perspective of your values to filter out what does not serve you. You can control your thoughts throughout the day with affirmations such as “I see myself present in each moment listening and responding to my clients highest needs” “I see myself having joy in each segment of my day” “I see each thing I do with its entire purpose” “ I see the completion of a great and fulfilled day” “I see a signed contract and the faces of extremely happy clients”

 

Step #7…Actions…

  

 We know that they speak louder than words. This may be the most critical stage in the aligning process. To actually walk the walk and truly BE in alignment is magical. Leaders are made and whom people want to follow. You are then making a difference for both for yourself and for others. Hold true to the all of the aspects of the alignment process. Sometimes we can get caught with “going through the motions” behaviour and this can derail our progress. Complacency is only taking your eyes off who you really are. Schedule daily sessions of remembering…

 

Who are you really?

What is your purpose?

How will you fulfill it?   

How are you being most of the time?

 

You will strengthen your actions using affirmations beinging with “I know”  “I know I am the change” “ I know I serve my clients highest needs and offer service unlike any other” “ I know I achieve my goals because I feel them as already occurring” “I know I make a difference” “I know I create business as I make a difference” “I know myself each day more and more becoming stronger and more powerful as I communicate with each person in my day” “ I know my intensions are felt my others” “ I know my service speak volumes and everyone refers business to me”

 

Actions speak louder than words.  From off of us  at C.O.R.E. Let all your actions be rooted by  values, created by  beliefs,   committed to goals, passionate and fearless,  spoken with gratitude, perceived with wisdom, and shared as a celebration for all those whose dream is to remember they came to make a difference. You are that difference.
