The Magic System . . . The Secret is for You to Now Know
Life is a mysterious adventure and our greatest teacher. We also hear, with this life experience, you will get from it what you put into it. We are requesting nothing be more important than you at this time. So please be generous, enthusiastic and eager for the miracles that are about to unfold. Be eager and excited because the secret and system are about to unfold to you.
Become quiet within yourself. Allow a pure stillness to envelop you. Restore a calm deep from within you. Breathe. Feel awareness and begin and know what you feel, is you. You are the system, you are success and you are the secret to life. The more time you spend in the space of this awareness the more you will know this to be true. The more truth you allow the more present you become. Truth resides now. The truth is your life is to teach, remind and show you your magnificence and purpose. Your life is exactly designed for you to be the one you are now. You are the one that is here to help and make a difference. Your purpose is to do your way. So if what you put into life you get out, put you in your life fully, and watch miracles unfold.
You are creating every moment. Most are creating from what they believe themselves to be based on what has happened in the past. The past is a great resource. If our life is to allow our magnificence, the past must be accepted and seen as experiences that are simply saying to us, in the form of events and circumstances, “You are greater than you know”. So be great, be excited and be you. Be inspired that you are the one you will look up to, and you are the only one you should aspire to be. Set your intention for more clarity on your unique talents. Watch for them to surface as a reminder to you. Begin to integrate these into your work and life. You will begin to stop the need to compare and start fulfilling a need to stay aware.
In 2001 we were working with Deepak Chopra in a small Mastermind meeting. He asked us to get a partner and to go through these three simple questions. The purpose was to deepen our understanding of ourselves. Each question was to be asked 10 times in a row. We sat facing each other and when he said begin, the one asking the question would lean in and whisper into the partners ear, “Who are you?.” When we answered they would ask it again. Each response became more defining and more specific. It is like the person asking the question is playing the role of the universe. Remember, ask and it is given. The universe gives the response “So be it”.

To cure disease after it has appeared is like digging a well when one already feels thirst, or forging weapons after the war has already begun." It is always great to read something relative to one thing and be able to apply it to Real Estate Sales. This book is an over view of Chinese Medicine which relates our body and health to everything in nature and the universe. There is a need to be mindful, taking care daily, so the disease never occurs. This same principal can be related to the health and vitality of our business.
Sometimes crises appear that cause huge momentum and it is a force of performance that comes from urgency we have no choice in. We get it done, do what it takes and deplete energy and resources. When the pressure is great enough and its crunch time it can look like we’ve done our best. We have all done this. We have all performed and executed beyond what is normal when abnormal circumstance arise. Abnormal is the need to react to fear masked in crisis. Fear can covertly be seen as great fuel to get us going. Intuitively it must also be seen as something that eventually depletes resources and strength. Your best performance will come from a normal state which is you consciously knowing and doing that which is considered for your highest good and your clients. This is grand. This is pure joy. This is you inside the creation of a vital healthy business.
When we simply do what we know everyday there is a definite and duplicable strategy for success. Keeping this order is the wisdom of momentum. There is no more starting and stopping. There is just doing daily what we know to do. Here fear ceases to exist and run patterns on you that stop you from being your purpose. Daily ritual and habitual intension paired with passion will cause results you won't believe. Each day you will develop strength and pure potential by following the order of the day.
What is the order of the day? What do you do all day, what do you think about and how much fun do you have? Set a strong foundation with a set ritual that connects you to your values such as meditation, exercise, writing, visualization and reading. Create business intention with a strong belief in your ability and discipline to follow through. Have goals that you reach each day. Make these goals commitments that you are accountable to someone for. Speak possibility, solutions, service that makes a difference, and completion. Watch you as the miracle of your intention. Stay in action, walk the walk, and talk the talk everywhere you are. Have joy through out the day. This is you successful and fulfilled. It is more effective to take these steps each day than trying to catch up by running until exhausted. Also, as we take these steps we slow down enough actually see more of what we created which will inspires more creation.
Slow down and realize you have already done an amazing job for many, many clients. Remember all you did to see each deal through. What action steps did you take? How did it make your client feel as you served their greatest need? Knowing the difference that you made for them will inspire you to pick up the phone and do another great job for someone else. Make someone’s day and let them know you were thinking of them, instead of waiting for them to need something from you. Tell them why it is you do your best and love what you do. Define yourself by your strengths.
Personal trainers get you in peak physical shape by setting up a series of exercises for strength, flexibility and stamina. After choosing the exercise they would have you do certain amount repetitions with a measurable amount of resistance. They would also track this and use the result to build on for the next session. The trainer would also be looking for daily improvement, commitment and satisfaction. You wouldn’t fire them or they wouldn’t give up on you if you didn’t loose ten pounds in one week. We need to stay in the actions of creating business, stay committed and satisfy our self we have done our best each day. We will get where we want to go by tracking the steps each day, challenging ourselves, increasing our skills, and strengthening our presentations. The steps to becoming our best happens when our values, believes and goals are aligned.
